Our personal assistance ensures that each member's needs are met with respect, dignity, and personalized attention.  The West Island's Men's Shed is a grass roots organization that focuses on the mental and physical health of our members by providing companionship and friendship in a safe, social environment.  All of our members are volunteers that offer a helping hand and a welcoming space to anyone that is looking for a place to share their interests, hobbies and  brotherhood.
